The Millwell is a multi-storey residential development in the heart of Maroochydore, within the Sunshine Coast’s new city centre and close to Sunshine Plaza, transport links and surrounding parkland. C&S Steel Fixing is currently on site delivering reinforcement installation across the structure.
Our crews are fixing reinforcement through the build, working to the engineer’s drawings and to the site’s pour program.
Multi-storey residential work in a built-up city centre leaves little room for delay. Steel has to be fixed, checked and ready ahead of each pour so formwork and concrete crews can keep moving. We hold consistent crews on site through the structure, so knowledge of the build carries from level to level, and we stay in regular contact with site management so labour matches the program week to week.
The upper levels carry a substantial rooftop amenity area, which brings heavier reinforcement and closer coordination than a standard floor plate.
