Drift is a four-level beachfront residential development on Coolum Esplanade, facing the Pacific. Delivered by Mosaic Property Group, it comprises fifty-six residences with a ground-level resort pool and outdoor amenity areas.
The project was completed in 2019.
C&S fixed reinforcement throughout the structure, covering:
Reinforcement was fixed throughout the structure to the engineer’s drawings and the builder’s pour program. Steel was placed, tied and checked ahead of each pour, with the same crews on site level to level through to completion in 2019.
Steel fixing was completed across the structure, with reinforcement installed and signed off through the build.
