Cotton Tree Apartments is a two-building residential development on The Esplanade at Cotton Tree, on the north-facing waterfront where the Maroochy River meets the sea. Delivered by Mosaic Property Group, it comprises forty-one two- and three-bedroom residences with resort-style pool and amenity areas.
The project was completed in July 2025.

Our crews fixed reinforcement through the build, working to the engineer’s drawings and to the site’s pour program. Steel was fixed, checked and ready ahead of each pour so formwork and concrete crews were never held up, with consistent crews on site through the structure and regular contact with site management to keep labour matched to the schedule.
Two buildings progressing together meant reinforcement had to keep pace on both fronts at once. We held crews across the site so labour could shift between buildings as the program required, holding the sequence through to completion in July 2025.
