C&S Steel Fixing is currently on site delivering reinforcement installation across the structure.\

Work Delivered

ON SITE

Outcome

Our crews are fixing reinforcement through the build, working to the engineer’s drawings and to the site’s pour program.

A two-building development means two structures progressing side by side, and steel has to keep pace with both. We hold consistent crews across the site so labour can be moved between buildings as the program demands, with steel fixed, checked and ready ahead of each pour so formwork and concrete crews aren’t held up. Regular contact with site management keeps our numbers matched to the schedule week to week.

The upper levels and amenity areas carry heavier reinforcement than a standard floor plate, calling for closer coordination through those stages of the build.
